All submissions will be reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technicalities, and relevance to journal contributions. <em>Journal of Intellectuals (JoI)</em> eagerly solicits theoretical and experimental, research, as well as empirical papers from all areas of research in the fields of Science &amp; Technology, Social Sciences, Humanities, and Management. All the accepted papers will be published in the upcoming issue of the journal with Online/e-ISSN.</p> <p>Authors are to submit their papers through an online submission process via Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform by using the website (<a href="http://journals.bahonacollege.edu.in/index.php/joi">journals.bahonacollege.edu.in</a>) only. No other mode of submission will be accepted for publication. If the submitted article passes through a plagiarism check, it will be assigned a manuscript number. If any article is found plagiarized, that will be summarily rejected in this stage of processing. Once the manuscript number is assigned, Editor-in-Chief will invite the Editor(s) based on the suitability of their expertise with the submitted manuscript, who choose(s) referee/referees for the paper. However, if in the judgment of the editors a paper is unsuitable for the journal, it will be rejected without external review (although, under such circumstances, authors have the right to appeal). The journal tries to follow a strict policy for peer review, appointing reviewers (excluding members from the Editorial Board of the journal) who are experts in their respective fields. Comments provided by the reviewers should convey their final decision within the following types: 1. Acceptance, 2. Minor revision, 3. Major revision and 4. Rejection. Editor-in-Chief is responsible for providing the decision based on the comments and their relevance and suitability with the manuscript.
