Abstract

This abstract explores the dynamic role of libraries in adapting to social changes. Positioned as knowledge hubs, modern libraries go beyond books, embracing digital resources to bridge information gaps. They serve as catalysts for intellectual development, offering lifelong learning opportunities and fostering diverse skills. Additionally, libraries evolve as social spaces, promoting discourse, cultural enchantment and collaboration. Emphasizing adaptability, this study highlights the enduring significance of libraries in shaping and enriching evolving societies. The article describes that the role of Library in changing society. The traditional library has transferred the Digital library. The development of Information and Communication Technology play role as every day library activities of the world. The library changes the role of users of the library and society. The society has followed in many ways and using the libraries. The use of internet as an import role as a development of the society. The library professionals are training and various skills are using the recent trend are learned and up to date in the digital environment.
